Service Description
For those approved to hold a stall at the well wishing wellbeing fayre. Table fees are to be made upon completion of stall application form. £10 per table. Limited tables to accommodate space. DO NOT PAY UNTIL APPLICATION APPROVAL Terms & Conditions: Free refreshments are available, you are welcome to bring your own food. Stall holders must be ready and set up for opening at 10.00am. Stalls are manned by your yourself or arranged care at all times. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the event starting will receive 50% refund. Cancellations and no shows after this time will not be refunded and charged additional £20 cancellation fee. If applicable please give the details about your Public & Product Liability Insurance including the name of the insurance company, policy number, limits and expiry date plus any other information you think might be relevant.
